Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order after it is received. Shipping may be delayed due to covid-19 effects.

During launch all pre-orders should be given up to 25 business days, pre-orders may be shortly delayed due to covid-19. Orders are shipped via USPS. We do ship internationally however customs fees are not included during check out. All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. Shipping costs and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer and not covered by us at twelve waters please contact local custom office for more info.

Twelve waters is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, please file claims with USPS.
